Derek brings over 35 years of experience in banking and finance to Zorin after holding key positions at RBS, Secure Trust Bank and most recently Wellesley Finance, where he was head of property finance.

The development finance provider hopes Derek’s arrival will add depth to its origination team and help to support regional SME housebuilders.
